I am loving this chicken apple sausage from Costco. It comes in 3 packs. I cut it in pieces or cut it down the middle and cook it on the stove.

One of my favorite ways to listen to books is Audible. I put on my air pods and can do other things while listing to books. Don't get me wrong, I love ready the book too.
